What a partner delivers

• The Door Kit: a router dedicated to the door, access points covering every lane, a UPS for the Door laptop and router, and a spare router configured the same way.
• Scanning devices for each lane plus spares, prepared, trusted and approved on your Door laptop before doors.
• Technicians who run your rehearsal: a Free Test Event on the real devices and network, a test scan at every lane, the router swap and the backup-laptop takeover drill.
• A running door on the day: working lanes kept open through any incident, and times written down for the report.

How it is paid

You buy credentials from GateFlow at the published price, EGP 5 per credential with a minimum of EGP 2,500 per event, excluding VAT. The partner quotes and invoices its own work, devices and kit to you. GateFlow pays no referral fee and takes no share of a partner's work, and partners do not resell credentials.

How partners are certified

A partner completes about three hours of training on the Door laptop, the scanner, categories and gates, importing platform exports, the Door Plan, the gate board, door lead review, the incident steps, the router swap and the takeover. It then runs one supervised rehearsal on its own kit and devices with the internet disconnected: a Free Test Event at its intended scale, one credential scanned at two lanes at once and admitted once, a router swap within 5 minutes and a takeover within 10 minutes. Certification is repeated after a material product change or an unresolved incident.

Guest data

Guest data for a GateFlow event lives on your Door laptop and backup laptop; GateFlow does not receive it (Guest Claim, which is off until it is enabled, is the one exception described in the privacy notice). A partner running your door handles that data on your behalf and only on your instructions, and copies nothing off your computers. GateFlow provides a template data processing agreement between you and the partner; the template is being finalised with counsel.
