GateFlow runs on one Windows laptop at the venue, the Door laptop, with a second laptop as its backup, your own Wi-Fi router at the door and your staff's phones as scanners. Guests can arrive with tickets from a platform that exports them, with GateFlow passes, or both.
It currently supports up to 2,000 credentials and 8 scanner phones per event. Events of every size are welcome to get in touch; for a larger one, we tell you plainly what we can support today.
GateFlow's standard price is EGP 5 per credential, with a minimum of EGP 2,500 per event, excl. VAT. Each event is bought on its own, with no subscription. Online purchase is not open yet; once it is, events are bought from your GateFlow account. See pricing.
For a suitable event, we may offer complimentary GateFlow software access for one agreed event, subject to availability and operational readiness. It is agreed individually and in writing, and covers that event only. Equipment, staff and additional services, such as a Door Review or Event-day Remote Standby, are not included automatically.
Your GateFlow account and event keys stay available. There is no subscription, and nothing is charged automatically after an event.
A later event uses the standard per-event price, bought through the same account once online purchase opens, with no new introduction needed. Until then, tell us about it here. Complimentary access, where agreed, covers that one event, and a further complimentary event is not included automatically.
