GateFlow helps event teams deliver a fast, calm, professional arrival experience. These terms govern the public website, account access, client downloads, and ticketing features.
Accounts and access
Keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, including Gate Device activations and admissions purchases.
Admissions and payments
GateFlow includes a starter monthly allowance for evaluation. Additional confirmed admissions are purchased through the active payment provider shown on your account page. Payments are subject to provider validation and final confirmation before confirmed admissions appear on your account.
Tickets and event data
Ticket records, synced event records, and Gate Device history are provided to support attendee arrival and post-event visibility. You remain responsible for the event content, attendee rights, and any legal notices required for your audience.
