- GateFlow is now offline-first. Events, access identities, and QR generation all happen locally in the Windows app, and no internet is required during an event.
- Two simple products: Event Activation for one production event up to a chosen planned access capacity, and GateFlow Annual for organisations that run events all year.
- Licence keys. Buy on your account page, receive a GFL- key by email, and enter it once on the setup screen to download a signed licence file.
- Activation without internet. Export an activation request file, exchange it at gateflow.vip/activate.html from any connected device, and import the licence file.
- Encrypted backups with a GFR- recovery code, a second backup destination, and a registered standby computer that can restore and take over mid-event.

- Test Mode needs no account and no licence: the full local flow with up to 50 test access identities per test event.
- QR access exports (CSV, ZIP of PNG images, printable PDF) are created directly on the Gate Controller.
