• Offline-first by design. Events, Production Passes and QR generation all happen locally in the Windows Gate Controller, and the internet is never required during an event.
• One simple product: a Production Event at exactly 15 EGP per Production Pass, for the exact quantity you choose (300 to 2,000). A Free Test Event needs no account and no licence, and issues up to 50 practice passes.
• Explicit Go Live. Production scanning starts only when the Gate Manager selects Go Live; before that every scan is refused clearly and changes nothing. The 30 consecutive live days start exactly once at Go Live, and closing then reopening an event inside that window never restarts it.
• Scanner phones over your venue Wi-Fi. A phone that pairs by scanning the code on your dashboard checks for itself that it is talking to your Gate Controller and not another computer; one that reaches the page another way shows a trust code for you to confirm out loud. A phone never decides on its own: if the Gate Controller is unreachable it stops rather than guessing.
• Every pass carries an Access Code: eight characters printed under its QR, on the printable sheet and inside every QR image. When a camera will not read a code - a cracked screen, a smudged printout, a floodlight - staff type those eight characters on the scanner phone and the guest is admitted exactly as a scan would admit them, with the same duplicate protection and the same record.
• A door screen built for one glance. Entry granted clears itself and the camera is ready again; anything that needs a decision - already used, a refusal, a manager review, doors not open yet - stays until a person clears it, and an already-used pass says when and where it got in. Colour, shape, wording and sound all carry the verdict, in English or Arabic.
• A Manager review queue: a pass refused by one of your own door rules (wrong scanner, re-entry not allowed, exit for a pass that is not inside) can be admitted as a single audited exception with a recorded reason. Safety refusals can never be overridden, and neither can the end of your 30 live days: that window is what the Production Event bought.
• Verified backups about every minute while admissions change, each opened and checked before it counts, with a pinned pre-doors checkpoint and automatic transfer of every new backup to your paired Standby computer.
• Licence keys. Buy on your account page, receive a GFL- key by email, and enter it once on the setup screen. Activation without internet is supported: export a request file, exchange it at gateflow.vip/activate.html from any connected device, and import the licence file.
• External QR import. Bring already-issued stable QR codes from another ticketing system into your event as a strict CSV snapshot, reconcile newer snapshots before or during the event, and replace any of them with a native Access QR. Snapshot import works only with QR values that are fixed text; codes that rotate or need an online check are not supported.
• Guest Claim. Optional per event: guests retrieve their own Access QR through a public Claim Link or Claim QR. Not open yet. Guest Claim is switched on centrally, one channel at a time, and it is not open for real guest data until the written Egyptian privacy and data-transfer basis for handling guest contacts is approved. Until then, distribute Access QRs yourself, which is the permanent base path and needs no guest contact details at all.
