Products and licences

GateFlow sells one product. A Production Event licenses one production event for an exact number of Production Passes that you choose, from 300 to 2,000, priced at exactly 15 EGP per pass before applicable taxes. Capacity counts every unique pass issued (attendees, VIPs, staff, vendors, media, security); blocking an issued pass does not restore capacity, and a one-for-one replacement made on the Gate Controller does not consume additional capacity. It includes one active Gate Controller, one registered Standby computer, one self-service device transfer, scanner phones with no per-phone fees (the organizer supplies and prepares the phones), activation within 12 months of purchase, and up to 30 consecutive live days starting exactly once at the explicit Go Live action. Closing and reopening the event never restarts that window.

No interruption of active events

An active event is never interrupted by licensing or by the availability of GateFlow's servers. The app performs no internet checks during scanning. The 30 consecutive live days of a Production Event begin at the explicit Go Live action and are checked only at the start of a new operating day, never mid-day.

Payments and fulfilment

Checkout is handled by Paymob and accepts cards and mobile pay. The licence key is issued by email after the payment is verified. Prices are before VAT where applicable; taxes are shown before checkout. Capacity upgrades are priced at exactly 15 EGP per added pass, any positive amount, with no minimum. The Free Test Event is free, needs no account and no licence, and is not for real event entry.

Refunds, cancellation, and postponement (summary wording)

Potentially refundable: a completed payment where no licence was issued, a duplicate payment, an unredeemed Production Event within the legally approved period, or a documented defect preventing use. Normally non-refundable: a licence that has been issued and activated, and an event whose production exports are completed or where live scanning has started. Postponing an event does not need a repurchase on its own: the licence follows the permanent event ID, not the date. Two limits still apply, so postpone within them. The licence must be activated within 12 months of purchase, and once you select Go Live the 30 day live window runs from that moment and never restarts. Accounts and responsibility

Keep your account credentials and licence keys confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for using GateFlow for legitimate event entry only. Your event content, attendee rights, and any legal notices required for your audience remain your responsibility. Event data stays on your computer; keeping backups and the Backup Recovery Key safe is part of running your event. GateFlow cannot decrypt your backups and cannot recover that key for you.

As the organizer you are also responsible for rehearsing on the release you will run, for supplying and preparing the scanner phones, and for the venue network and power. You remain the escalation contact for your own guests. Recovery has documented limits, including the loss window after the newest verified backup: see Recover if your computer fails and Venue kit, network, and power. GateFlow does not promise automatic, seamless, or loss-free failover.
